Try the following combos at your next cookout – whether you want something lean and green or sweet and savory, we have four different recipes for you to try!

Pineapple Pick-Me-Up

Yellow summer squash, zucchini, red onion, sweet potato, pineapple, cherry tomatoes

Marinade: Easy Italian Marinade (recipe below)


Grilled Treat

Peaches, pineapple, apples, pears or a combo of berries

Marinade: Try a little oil, butter with honey, maple syrup – or leave plain!


Rainbow Row

Cremini mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, zucchini, yellow summer squash

Add grilled corn and avocado slices once cooked.

Marinade: Cilantro-Lime Marinade (recipe below)


Fresh Garden Kabobs

Brussels sprouts, zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, corn, button mushrooms

Marinade: Fajita-Style Marinade (recipe below)


Easy Italian Marinade

Combine ¼ cup olive oil, 3 cloves of pressed garlic, juice of 1 lemon, ½ teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon basil, fresh black pepper and sea salt. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.


Cilantro-Lime Marinade

Combine ½ cup fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest, ¼ cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped, 1 jalapeno chopped finely, 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder, 5 garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon honey. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.


Fajita-Style Marinade

Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 garlic minced cloves, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
