Ingredients
- ½ banana, fork-mashed
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flour (or gluten-free flour)
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oil of choice or unsweetened applesauce
Toppings of choice: mini dark chocolate chips, walnut pieces, sprinkles
Directions
In a microwave-safe mug, combine all ingredients except the banana. On a plate, fork-mash the banana, then add it to the mixture. Microwave the mug mixture for 90 seconds and let cool for one minute before enjoying.
