Founder Amanda Russell is a former competitive athlete and the winner of YouTube’s “Next Up Trainer” award. She brings her expertise and coaching experience right to your home. The majority of the workouts are quite short, as they focus on HIIT. She offers everything from follow-along exercise videos to healthy recipes.

BodyRock TV is a fitness channel with a host of both male and female fitness instructors.
